Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch web shop orders within 14 days of receipt. However there may be times when we need to make up orders especially and this can add a few days onto the processing times (this does not include weekends and bank holidays).

We are a very small team and really appreciate your patience and support if we are sometimes a little late in dispatching orders. If you order is for a gift or special occasion, please let us know at the time of placing your order.

Free UK Standard Delivery
Deliveries in the UK are made by Royal Mail or carrier at no extra charge to our customers (post & packaging and VAT included in price).

Deliveries into the United States:
Changes made at the end of August 2025 to the customs arrangements into the USA unfortunately, mean that we can unfortunately no longer accept orders from the States on our web shop. The charges made by carriers have proved to be too unpredictable. We hope that this state of affairs is temporary and we can reinstate the shop when things settle down.

For now we have reverted to our old method of taking orders from America by email. On receipt of your enquiry we will be able to give a firm price for the delivery and duties. Should you wish to proceed with that order we will email an invoice to be paid by PayPal or bank transfer. This would cover the cost of the items purchased and the associated delivery charges and duties.

EU and the rest of the world flat rate delivery charge:
We have a flat £30.00 surcharge on all overseas orders outside the UK. We use the most appropriate and cost effective courier service available to us at the time of booking customer parcels.

EU customers:
EU customers are exempt from UK VAT (20% rate) on orders. Instead they will be charged the relevant TAX and Duties on the goods before delivery. We have no control over these charges. Failure to pay these charges may result in your order being returned to us. For this reason your order will be refunded, minus any delivery costs.

Complaints & Returns:
Our policy is to replace or refund any damaged or substandard products.
Please first let us know as soon as possible by email or telephone if there is a problem.

We will refund the full value of the order.
